NB: Virtual Assistant (NB:VA) offers a low-cost, efficient and professional solution for all your secretarial and office admin responsibilities.

All projects that we manage are timed and recorded meticulously, meaning that you only ever pay for the time we work on your assignment – down to the minute! We want you to keep working with us, so we work efficiently and honestly without sacrificing quality and accuracy.

What payment model will work for me?

Pay as you go

If you want to test the Virtual Assistant waters, or you only need NB:VA’s assistance on an ad-hoc or one-off basis, then this is the package for you. You will only be charged for the time taken to complete your work, right down to the minute, and you will be invoiced on completion of the task(s). Our hourly rate for this package is £35.00.

Retainer

Alternatively, you may want to guarantee NB:VA’s availability on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, in which case a retainer package is most likely to suit you.

You choose how many hours of virtual assistance you require each month, and you will be invoiced for that time (monthly, in advance). At the end of each month, NB:VA will provide a timesheet detailing the number of hours spent on your assignment(s), which will be deducted from your account.  If, during any month, you need NB:VA to work more hours than are contracted, you will be notified and – with your consent – those additional hours will be added to the following month’s invoice. Conversely, any unused hours, up to a maximum of 15% of the month’s purchase, can be rolled over for one calendar month.

Terms and conditions

  • All rates mentioned above are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Payment terms for ad-hoc and retainer packages are 14 days from date of invoice.
  • Disbursements such as stationery, postage, travel expenses and other associated costs are charged separately and at cost.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
  • For new clients, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work.
